Diana Moeser

Diana Moeser is a Health Consultant working in the areas of health policy, health systems, and community action. She was the former Vice President of Urban Health, Wellesley Hospital, and former Vice President of Doctors Hospital, Ambulatory and Community Health. She has worked with a variety of organizations including the Toronto Department of Public Health, and Health Canada, in the later developing a collaborative health policy framework for national voluntary organizations in health and Health Canada (VOICE).

She is currently on the Executive Board of Pathways Canada, an innovative community based programme for high-risk high school students across Canada. She is Co-Chair of the Canadian Conference on International Health focusing on Global Health and the Environment. This is a joint venture of the Canadian Society for International Health and the Canadian Coalition of Global Health Research.

Diana has chaired this conference for the last five years focusing on Global Health and Human Rights, Global Health and International Politics, and Health and the Global Economy. Diana is a past chair of The Canadian Society of International Health, a past President of Regent Park Community Health Centre and a past Vice Chair of the Toronto Community Care Access Centre.

She is an Adjunct Pofessor in the Department of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, at the University of Toronto. She was a Research Associate with the Saskatchewan Population Health Research Unit (SPHERU). Diana has an MA and an MHSc, both from the University of Toronto.

Diana was a member of the M-THAC Policy and Procedures Committee.
